Practical features include an outdoor warm water supply and a dedicated dog-friendly utility area, complete with a dog shower, hairdryer, towels and space for your pet’s bed and feeding bowls. Stable doors separate the utility area from both the decking and the main living space, allowing you to keep your pet safe and secure.

Inside, the stylish open-plan living area showcases a high-quality kitchen with a central island, coffee machine, wine cooler, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A formal dining table, large flatscreen TV with Bluetooth connectivity, Chromecast for streaming from your personal device, a soundbar, DVD player and comfortable leather sofas, create a welcoming space to relax with family or friends.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and a luxurious ensuite shower room with two bathrobes and slippers. The twin bedroom also includes a TV. A separate family bathroom adds a touch of luxury, complete with a freestanding bath and separate shower.
