Dog Friendly Holidays

We offer a variety of pet friendly accommodation in the Derbyshire Peak District and our dog friendly lodges are the perfect place to stay. Dogs are part of the family too so rather than leave them at home or in kennels, why not bring them with you to one of our lodges specially designated for guests with dogs. Our lodges are surrounded by open woodland with many country walks in the area, making dog walking a joy for both owner and companion.

Dog Friendly Lodges

We offer a selection of pet-friendly lodges that welcome up to two dogs. Lodges with ‘Spa’ and ‘Pet’ in their name include both a private hot tub and dog-friendly facilities designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with your pets.

To help your dogs feel at home, we recommend bringing their beds, baskets and bowls.

Well-behaved dogs may be left unattended in lodges for short periods. Dogs are also welcome in the bar area at The Foresters and The Explorers Café.

The Coppice Pet Spa, Spinney Pet Spa and Meadow Pet Spa lodges are exclusive luxury developments designed specifically for guests with dogs and outdoor lifestyles. Each lodge features an enclosed, spacious veranda with quality outdoor furniture, outdoor washing facilities for muddy paws and boots and an indulgent outdoor hot tub. A dedicated utility area with stable doors provides space for your dog’s bed and feeding bowls. Coppice Spa lodges also include a unique dog shower within the utility area.

All lodges benefit from easy access to forest trails for dog walking. Guests are kindly asked to keep dogs on a lead while on the park to ensure the comfort of all visitors. Please also dispose of any dog mess and follow the countryside code.

Dogs are charged at £30 per short break and £45 per week. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

A dedicated dog wash area is available near the recycling point. Guests are advised to bring their own dog towels for cleaning after walks.

Please note that cats, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, birds, and similar animals are not permitted.

Please read the full Terms & Conditions of bringing a dog on holiday.
