We have a number of extra special items and gifts that you can pre-order to make your stay extra special. Many of these items are perfect if you are celebrating a birthday or a special occasion. We can arrange for gifts to be in your lodge ready for your arrival.
Most items can be reserved and paid for at the time of booking or added to an existing booking by logging into your account or calling Reception. If you are arriving within 72 hours, please book packages by calling Reception on 01629 732428 or Afternoon Tea by calling the Foresters on 01629 736225 rather than reserving online.
CELEBRATION PACKAGE (Please order with Reception or via your online account at least 48 hours before arrival)
Enjoy Luxury Chocolates and Lanson Champagne in your lodge on arrival. Cost: £55. (These can be ordered individually)
TEMPLE SPA GIFT SETS (Please order with Reception or via your online account at least 48 hours before arrival)
We provide a service for you to pre-order a selection of Temple Spa gift sets that will be placed in your lodge ahead of your arrival. It is the perfect way to treat someone you love whilst on holiday. Choose from 'Spa wherever you are' priced at £32, 'Spa Retreat' priced at £44 or 'Do not disturb' priced at £55. CHARLIE BEAR CUDDLY TOY (Please order with Reception or via your online account at least 48 hours before arrival)
Charlie Bear is the Darwin Forest mascot and you can take part in Charlie's Challenge onsite. You can pre-order a Charlie cuddly toy to be in your lodge for your arrival. Perfect as a child's birthday present. £15.99
PAMPER PACKAGE (Please order as soon as possible to ensure there is availability at the Beauty Rooms)
Enjoy Luxury Chocolates and Lanson Champagne in your lodge on arrival then enjoy two pamper package beauty treatments* at Evolution. Beauty Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Find out more about the Pamper Package* treatments. Once you have received your package confirmation from reception please telephone 01629 736222 to book your treatments. Cost: £120.
AFTERNOON TEA (Please order with the Foresters on 01629 736225 or via your online account at least 72 hours before arrival)
Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea for two at the Foresters bar & restaurant. Afternoon tea is available from 12pm - 3pm. Afternoon Tea must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. To reserve a time please contact the Foresters on 01629 736225.
Cost (for 2 adults): £30
Children can be served a small afternoon tea for £7.50.
DAY SPA PACKAGE (Pay on arrival at Evolution)
The Evolution spa is located in a separate area to the beauty rooms and consists of a Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a small relaxation area. Park Guests can access the Spa Area for £4.00 per person per session (£10 for a block of 4).
BIRTHDAY & CELEBRATION GIFTS FROM EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS
We have partnered with some local suppliers to provide birthday and celebration gifts.
MACARONS ORDER (Please order direct with supplier)
If you are celebrating, you may want to order some delicious sweet treats from Perfect Peaks Patisserie. They are located a few minutes from Darwin Forest so you can easily collect or have them delivered. Full product details and photos can be found here. CELEBRATION CAKES (Please order direct with supplier)
Celebration cakes can be ordered from Buttercup Bakery. They offer a range of celebration cakes and baked goods. Cakes can be delivered to Darwin Forest. Full details can be found here. BALLOONS (Please order direct with supplier)
If you are looking for a 'Wow' moment then Timeless Creations with Marilyn are our recommended supplier for balloon displays including arches. Marilyn will work with you to create a stunning display for your arrival in your lodge. These are very popular for birthdays, anniversaries and engagements. An example can be seen here. Other online balloon companies can deliver a single helium balloon to the park that we can put into your lodge if you contact Reception in advance to advise.
FLOWERS (Please order direct with supplier)
We recommend our local Florist Robert Young for beautiful flowers delivered to the park.
